Automatic focusing

The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens for piercing and cutting parts from materials of different thicknesses.
Adjustment range from -10 mm to +10 mm and precision of 0.01 mm when processing sheet material from 0 to 20 mm thick.
Water cooling of the collimating and focusing lenses reduces temperature and extends the cutting head life.

Drive and precision

The NIKO laser machine uses German Atlanta mechanics, Japanese Yaskawa motors, and a German Neugart gearbox.
Positioning accuracy can be 0.02 mm, cutting acceleration is 1.5G, and service life exceeds 10 years.
